Seeking Medical Surgical RN Join a state-of-the-art, 190-bed acute care facility providing community healthcare Shift:
Full Time Nights 7P-7A (rotating weekends) and holidays Job Summary The Medical-Surgical RN accepts the responsibility and accountability for patients on the 34-bed unit and administers direct and indirect patient care.
The Nurse to Patient Ratio is 1:
5-7 for this unit.
Applicants for this role should have at least 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience and be BLS / CPR Certified.
Job Responsibilities Provide quality patient care, in keeping with the philosophy and objectives of the hospital and department Prescribes, delegates and coordinates all nursing care provided to assigned patients Assess & reassess patient condition, initiate plan of care and begin discharge planning on admission Meet the personal and practical needs of patients and families Continue self-development, provide leadership & actively participate in Performance Improvement Activities Directs others as needed This opportunity is in a great location in GA, located about 1.
